Connect Your Microsoft Account
Your Microsoft administrator connects the organization and grants the required consent. Access is scoped to your selected SharePoint site. There is no blanket document-storage migration.
Choose and Prepare Your Site
Use a dedicated SharePoint site. Provision the fax libraries and workflow resources, then verify the site from the app's setup checklist. We assist with onboarding and provisioning.
Put Numbers With the Right Group
Choose an Entra security group for each department's numbers. IT breaks inheritance on the department library, grants the department and Fax Administrators Contribute, and retains the site Owners group. The app verifies access.
Receive, Claim and Send
Incoming originals are archived to SharePoint and routed into the right team's workflow. Team members open the Queue, open a fax and claim it. For outbound, select a PDF already in the library, review and confirm the send.
Prove Delivery Before Rollout
Run a real inbound and outbound test and review the delivery results. Your enterprise agreement sets the commercial allowances; the setup checklist shows which live checks have passed.

A Microsoft 365 tenant with SharePoint, an administrator able to approve the Microsoft connection and site access, and Entra security groups for the departments that use fax. Your users need appropriate Microsoft licensing.
You can request new local or toll-free numbers or ask us to port existing numbers. Port eligibility and timing require a review. Keep your existing service active until the port is complete.
The current service uses a browser workspace and SharePoint. A Teams integration is not included.
No. The core fax workflow does not require AI. Optional AI processing is gated and is not enabled by default or included as a promise in these plans.
