Enterprise agreements & published pricing
Requesting access, choosing a plan or using the estimator does not activate service, reserve a number or authorize a charge. We confirm requirements and execute the applicable agreement before commercial activation. Published pricing is in USD and excludes taxes and separately agreed services. The agreement controls billing periods, payment terms and any negotiated pricing.
Numbers & porting
Number availability and port eligibility require confirmation. Port-in requests require authorization and carrier documentation. Keep existing service active until completion. No port date is guaranteed by submitting the initial request.
Customer responsibilities
Your organization supplies its Microsoft 365 licensing, approves Microsoft consent and maintains the selected SharePoint site, security groups, access permissions and retention settings. Only send documents you are authorized to transmit and confirm recipient numbers before sending. Fax is not an emergency communications service.
Healthcare & regulated information
Do not use the service for protected health information until the applicable BAA is executed and your deployment’s safeguards and provider scope are approved. Corporate assurance statements do not replace your organization’s compliance assessment.

The features page distinguishes available functionality from planned improvements. Optional AI and separately agreed services are not included by implication. Microsoft does not sponsor or endorse this independent service.
