Letters of Authorization With Your Brand
When your customers port numbers in, they sign a letter of authorization in SharePoint Fax. For your customers it carries your brand. The company line reads as your legal name "(on behalf of 365agents Inc)."
Until your branded form is ready, your customers' ports use the SharePoint Fax authorization form.
Every Customer Email Goes Out Under Your Display Name
Every customer email goes out under your display name, with your logo and support contact, and replies go to your support email. Your customers also receive billing emails, under your brand. The partner request verification code email is framed by your brand too.
Three Roles, One-Time Invitation Links
Enter a teammate's email, choose a role and send them the one-time link shown. It is valid for 7 days and works only for that email address. Admins can change a member's role or remove them. Your last admin cannot be removed or demoted.
Sensitive actions (approving a customer, saving your brand, inviting or changing a member) ask you to verify your second factor if you have not done so in the last 10 minutes.
Plan and Usage, Never Their Faxes
Fax content, fax number digits, senders, recipients, documents, your customers' SharePoint data or their users. Partner roles grant no access to any customer workspace.
