What happens after I request a port?
We confirm the number and current carrier, then arrange the required authorization and documentation through the onboarding process. We submit only after your approval. Your service stays with the current provider until the port completes.
Can I cancel my old fax service now?
No. Keep the number active with its current carrier until we confirm the port is complete. Cancelling first can cause loss of the number or a rejected port.
Is porting instant?
No. Eligibility, carrier validation, rejected details and scheduling can affect the timeline. We confirm the expected process and cutover arrangements before committing to a date.
Is this a self-service number store?
Not yet. These are assisted requests, with explicit approval before an order. Automated purchase and port tracking are planned improvements, not capabilities claimed by this page.
